Job description, responsibilities and duties

We are currently looking for an energetic, friendly, responsible and self-motivated person with an international outlook to join our Bratislava team as a Legal Secretary / L&D Assistant.

You will be responsible for ensuring delivery of the highest standards of administrative support and you will have the ability to deliver an exceptional quality of work under tight deadlines.

In this role, you will:
• Manage the delivery of complex tasks
• Prepare documentation and assist in researching, compiling, proofreading and editing reports, presentations, organisation charts, correspondence, etc.
• Execute file management, diary management, document production, travel bookings
• Play an active role in knowledge sharing to ensure growth and development
• Liaise with and support office manager in organising courses and events in the office
• Take care of L&D and event administration, update the records in the L&D database, keep track of the training attendance

Candidates with education suit the position

Secondary with school-leaving examination
University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)

English - Upper intermediate (B2)

Administrative and economic skills

Business correspondence - advanced
Typing - advanced

Computer skills - user

Microsoft Outlook - advanced
Microsoft PowerPoint - advanced
Microsoft Word - advanced
Microsoft Excel - advanced

Personality requirements and skills

You must meet the following profile:
• Fluent written and spoken English
• High degree of IT literacy
• Well organised and great attention to detail
• Ability to work under pressure
• Solution-focused and comfortable taking ownership of task and project delivery
• Smart, great communication skills, flexible and with an international mindset
• Prior volunteering experience (whether manual or skills-based) for non-profit sector is an advantage
