Information about the position
Job description, responsibilities and duties
• Daily IT operational support of the office, end users, and remote working users (approx. for 50 people)
• Problem and incident management (ServiceNow, Jira)
• Administration and monitoring of the local infrastructure: servers, network devices, laptops, printers, etc.
• Server backup management
• IT equipment and accessories procurement and installation
• Laptop imaging and setup for the end-users (Landesk-based)
• Asset management with regular audits
• Operational support and administration of internal Kia applications and portals
• Preparing and keeping up to date the IT policies and documentation
• Ensuring that security policies and guidelines are implemented and followed.
• Supporting the IT manager
