Information about the position
Job description, responsibilities and duties
As an Zone Manager for Kia dealers in a specific geographic area, your primary responsibility is to drive sales within the designated territory (mostly western/central/southern Slovakia). You will be collaborating with dealership partners
to achieve sales targets, increase market share and enhance customer satisfaction.
Position summary:
1. Dealer Relationship Management:
• Build and maintain strong relationships with car dealership partners in the assigned area and their regular visits (min. once per month each dealer)
• Collaborate with dealerships to understand their needs and address concerns
• Regular reporting after each dealer visit to management and related stakeholders
2. Sales Execution:
• Implementation of sales strategy for new Kia vehicles at Kia dealerships
• Being part in negotiation and finalization of dealer plans, including their adjustments throughout the year, if required
• Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics (dealer sales standards – demonstration cars & stock cars), identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions
• Negotiation of retail sales result on monthly basis with the aim to achieve KSK retail plan
• Negotiation of wholesale result on monthly basis in cooperation with logistic and production team, if required
• Implement effective sales techniques and best practices to drive results
3. Market Expansion:
• Monitoring and analysis of sales results by dealer, their market shares
• Work towards expanding the market presence of assigned dealerships within their areas with the aim to maximize their market shares
4. Customer Satisfaction:
• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing customer concerns and feedback
• Collaborate with dealerships to enhance the overall customer experience during the sales process
5. Reporting and Analysis:
• Prepare and present regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities to the management team
• Utilize data and analytics to make informed decisions and drive strategic initiatives
to achieve sales targets, increase market share and enhance customer satisfaction.
