Job description, responsibilities and duties
- detailed analysis of training and development needs by using various methods
- overall organization and management of trainings, development activities & e-learning programs (communication with attendees and lecturers, search and communication with suppliers, benchmark analysis)
- evaluation of trainings and development programs targets accomplishment and employees satisfaction using various methods
- acting as: Lecturer for selected topics
- working with SAP /HR Training & Events Management Sub-module
