- Field claim analysis (data & parts)
- Reporting of quality issues (preparation & presentation to superior)
- Requesting countermeasure from responsible parties
- Verification of countermeasures
- Quality survey in dealer shops, VPC & PDI centers
- Claim prevention activities (process checks at supplier, new model testing, etc.)
