Junior Logistics Specialist

Kia Motors Sales Slovensko is looking for a motivated Junior Logistics Specialist to join our team of professionals. On this position you will be responsible for overall implementation of all logistics operations in SAP system. You will as well have the opportunity to use your communication skills, since you will often communicate with our suppliers in order to discuss various matters such as import of new vehicles, transport arrangements, invoicing - so overall you will have a good insight into the world of logistics and day to day sales operations at one of the world most known car manufacturer.

Your main agenda on this position will include the following:

- Implementation of all logistics operations in SAP system
- Support with logistics operations in the system SAP and KDCS
- Support for Dealer Network regarding all logistics issues, communication, car ordering and transport, invoicing
- Communication with suppliers (import of cars, customs clearance, transport in Slovakia, warehouse operations)
- Enter all cost/expense items related to cars are in the SAP system and invoicing
- Coordination of transport for KMSS
- Support for Sales General Manager and Sales Department
- OEV agenda – preparation, approval and creation of registration books (check payment, approve request, process registration book and COC document), communication with dealer network regarding OEV issues
- Regular reporting to departments within KMSS and KME
- Close cooperation with position of Logistics Specialist (Production) and partial substitution with this position upon request/necessity
- Other tasks based on Manager´s request
