Job description, responsibilities and duties

We are looking for a motivated Senior Specialist with experience in HR field with motivation to lead our organization towards higher success. HR Manager will report directly to President of KMSS and closely work with Executive Management.
Candidate will drive the HR strategy in order to accommodate the business strategy of the firm (35-40 employees).

50% Operational Excellence / Organization
• HR Administration: legal documents; data relevancy; SAP; data cleaning
• Processes and Guidelines: set up; retention and update
• Payroll: source data preparation; support to the area
• PMP: admin of tool (SAP, HR Portal); guidance and coordination
• Organization Charts: retention / update
• Workforce Planning / BP: business planning (budget and workforce planning)
• Job Descriptions: retention / update
• GDPR: coordination of running projects; proper retention
• Intranet: administration and content subject
• Health&Safety: coordination and administration
• GA: office management; office support and 2 direct reports

25% Leadership
• Values: code of conduct, handbook, core values, etc
• Trainings: individual / firm's
• Development: IDP, succession planning
• HR Business Partnering: to management, employees / support

25% Engagement
• Talent Acquisition: hiring
• Compensation & Benefits: paylines, job title alignment, grading, merit increase process, discretionary bonuses, benefit portfolio
• Employer Branding and Communication: HR awareness
• Career Paths and Secession Planning
