Job description, responsibilities and duties

Queensway Europe is a fast-growing operator of franchise restaurants in Central and Eastern Europe with exciting plans to scale their KFC business over the next ten years. The restaurant count has grown from 10 two years ago, to 22 KFCs currently across Austria and Slovakia. With no plans to slow the pace of growth, we are looking for a KFC BRAND MANAGER responsible for Slovakia & Austria, who will be driving brand plan and further growth of KFC restaurants.

BRINGING IT TO THE ROLE

As our KFC BRAND MANAGER, your responsibilities will be:
  • Execution of communication strategy, setting appropriate medium mix, traditional vs digital, to drive optimization of brand awareness, consideration and trial
  • Set innovation and promo calendar, driving sales. Drive right menu mix and rationalization
  • Build effective communication and activity strategy, behind each channel, store, kiosks, aggregators, e-commerce
  • Managing and updating all digital channels (Website, Click & Collect, Delivery Aggregators)
  • Preparing promotions and ensuring excellence in implementation
  • Support in developing and launching new products
  • Organizing new store openings and events
  • Preparation of monthly product reports and competitive reviews

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

Secondary with school-leaving examination
Follow-up/Higher Professional Education
University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2) and German - Upper intermediate (B2)

Driving licence

B

Personality requirements and skills

• Min. 2 years of experience in Marketing, preferably in FMCG
• University Degree - preferably in Marketing/Digital Marketing
• Fluency in English (written and spoken), German and (Slovak language is benefit)
• Advanced command of Excel, Word, Power Point
• Proven track record of managing consumer brands
• Experience with media planning, digital campaigns, SEO
• Experience in both local and international/global organization will be advantageous
• Ability to combine hands-on approach with strategic thinking
• High Analytical skills and financial acumen
• Ability to work independently, in a small team with a variety of stakeholders
• Positive & proactive, solutions-oriented and ready to roll up your sleeves and get things done
