  • You ensure that our restaurant operations run smoothly from an
FM perspective
  • You are an organisational talent and carry out minor repairs
yourself in our branches in coordination with our restaurant
managers and area managers
  • You coordinate service and repair orders with our service partners
independently and bring new ones on board in both countries that
meet our internal requirements and fulfil legal requirements.
  • Negotiating "Service Level Agreements" with existing and new
service partners e.g. for the maintenance of our equipment,
energy providers, etc. challenges you to actively control costs, you
take care of applying for government grants
  • You love our "start up culture" and the continuous improvement of
our service processes drives you.
  • You interface with Operations and work closely with the Area
Manager to ensure all outlets have the right information and basic
technical knowledge.
  • You ensure that all restaurants comply with legal and company
standards at all times and document everything conscientiously
and comprehensibly at all times.
  • You enjoy initiating and implementing new projects, currently the
introduction of an FM platform to digitalise FM.
  • You will also be responsible for solving a number of ad hoc
problems and situations as directed by your superiors and many
other challenging tasks!

Candidates with education suit the position

Secondary with school-leaving examination
Follow-up/Higher Professional Education
University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2) and German - Intermediate (B1) and Slovak - Upper intermediate (B2)

We expect:
• Technical training and/or studies as well
as knowledge of sanitary, heating and
ventilation systems as well as general
building, electrical and refrigeration
engineering, training as a fire protection
officer is desirable.
• At least 3 years of relevant work
experience required
• Reliable personality with strong
commitment and ability to work in a
team
• Responsible, flexible, independent
working style
• Driving licence class B and high
willingness to travel within Austria and
Slovakia
• Business fluent in English, knowledge of
German and Slovakian an advantage
