  • You design advertisements and know exactly on which job
platforms and recruiting channels you can reach our target group.
  • You take over the complete applicant management with pre-
selection, appointment coordination, acceptances and rejections.
  • Developing and implementing an employer branding strategy
appeals to you!
  • You can conduct interviews and bring the right people on board.
  • You know how important it is to make new employees feel at
home and the optimal support in onboarding.
  • You organize events such as trade fair visits and have ideas about
where we should be present as an employer brand.
  • You will be involved in exciting HR projects and will be responsible
for the introduction of a recruiting software.
  • You will also be responsible for solving a number of ad hoc
problems and situations as directed by your superiors and many
other challenging tasks!

Personality requirements and skills

We expect:
• University degree (Mgr., BC) in human
science - preferably with a focus on HR)
• You are proficient in all modern
recruiting channels and current job
platforms, including social media- a must
• Proficient use of Microsoft office (above all
of Excel and Powerpoint)
• At least 4 years of experience in recruiting
• Strong communication skills, self-
confident appearance
• A flair for people and a passion for
implementing HR topics
• Hands-on mentality, independent,
proactive and solution-oriented way of
work
• Interest in system gastronomy and the
atmosphere of a start-up company
• Very good knowledge of English (B2),
German would be an advantage
• Sense for humor!
