Key responsibilities:

- Leads CAPEX schedule creation
- Develops high-level and critical path schedules, integrating CAPEX schedules
- Ensures only "good-to-go" jobs are included, with "non-good-to-go" jobs for quantity review
- Ensures adherence to scheduling principles
- Facilitates scheduling meetings and leads the Schedule Optimization process
- Communicates schedule modifications to all stakeholders based on communication matrix
- Highlights subcontractor inefficiencies impacting the agreed schedule
- Aligns work schedules with strategy and objectives in consultation with Event Manager
- Identifies and addresses potential barriers during planning and execution to meet completion date
- Provides reports on resource utilization and schedule adherence
- Reports to the Steering Committee
- Manages and engages SSC planners and major contractors' planners
- Supports resource planning and coordination, ensuring sufficient hours and conditions
- Manages the Emerging and Discovery work process
