Information about the position
Job description, responsibilities and duties
Participation in communication with existing and potential partners - sending invoicing details, registering KInIT into relevant databases etc.
Preparing reports and contractual documentation regarding industry and other collaborations
Assisting with organization of partnership events and activities
Creating and maintaining partnerships databases and files
Supporting partnership manager with other administrative activities - reporting, invoicing, documentation update
Requirements for the employee
Candidates with education suit the position
University student
Language skills
English - Upper intermediate (B2) or Slovak - Proficiency (C2)
Personality requirements and skills
MS Office (word, excel, powerpoint) - basic knowledge
English - fluent
Slovak - mother tongue, expert
Curious, passionate to learn new things
Detail oriented
