Job description, responsibilities and duties
To fulfill our vision to make Slovakia a great research and innovation space, we believe in a need for a strong online presence, in building intensive connections with our community and brand awareness.
We are looking for a colleague who is a tech fan and will execute KInIT’s brand strategy in collaboration with a great team of passionate researchers in artificial intelligence with links to other areas, including humanities and social sciences.
Responsibilities
Content creation
- Content creation (articles about institute’s activities, copywriting, proofreading) in cooperation with our research team
- Scheduling and oversight of feedback rounds, deliverables, deadlines and responsibilities
Website management
- Publishing content on the web in Wordpress
- Ideation and implementation of new ideas and improvements
- Website analytics in cooperation with Communications Intern
Newsletter
- Monthly content preparation
- Newsletter creation and distribution in Mailchimp
International projects
- Creating and publishing content according to grant agreements and KInIT’s specific responsibilities on each international project
- Keeping track of Communication KPIs of international grant projects
- Evidence of projects’ related communication outputs
- Reporting in cooperation with the Project office
- Organizational support at project events
External communication
- Communication with the media
- Communication with event organizers (conferences, etc.)
- Monitoring press and social media coverage in cooperation with Communication Specialist
Admin
- Graphics design management and quality control
- Analytics & reporting
- Communication with partners and suppliers
- Marketing budget and costs
Social media
- Social media strategy in cooperation with Communications Specialist
- Preparation of social media campaigns in cooperation with Communications Specialist and PR agency
- Social media monitoring and analytics
