Kellys Bicycles a Slovak bicycle manufacturer with more than 35 years of history, is looking for an experienced and creative marketing professional. Your mission will be to contribute to the development and execution of the brand’s long-term communication and marketing strategy.
This role combines daily operational marketing with a strong focus on digital marketing and social media. It also has a significant international dimension, as Kellys operates in key European markets and exports to dozens of countries worldwide.

Key Responsibilities
Creation and management of digital marketing materials – responsibility for the content and functional aspects of the website and e‑shop (proposing improvements in design, UX and content in cooperation with the developer), management and content creation for social media and the corporate blog, preparation of newsletters and other digital assets, including regular performance reporting and analytics across digital channels.
Co-managing multichannel marketing campaigns in close collaboration with the Head of Marketing and the internal team – from initial brief to final evaluation.
Independently managing smaller marketing projects across various markets and channels.
Preparing regular marketing reports and performance analyses, focusing on campaign efficiency and translating data into actionable insights.
Coordinating with local marketing managers or coordinators in international markets.
Monitoring and administering marketing budgets, including cost control and efficiency of investments.
Ensuring all marketing materials comply with brand guidelines and the overall communication strategy.
Supporting internal departments (Sales, CEO, HR and others) with marketing activities as needed.
Partially overseeing PR and media relations, preparing materials and coordinating external partners.
Supporting the Head of Marketing in implementing the new global marketing strategy for Kellys.
Actively bringing new ideas, trends, improvements and identifying new marketing opportunities.
Minimum Requirements
Proven experience in managing complex marketing campaigns – from strategy development to performance evaluation
Practical experience in creating content for websites, social media and digital platforms, including work with visual and text formats.
Excellent organizational and project management skills – ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Experience working with external agencies, freelancers or vendors (creative, production, PPC, PR, etc.).
Knowledge of analytical tools, especially Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and other relevant marketing platforms.
Hands-on experience with PPC campaigns – setup, management, optimization and performance reporting (Meta, Google Ads or similar) is a strong advantage
