Information about the position
Job description, responsibilities and duties
• Maintain and control GLOVIA production system, make sure the system contains consistent, accurate, clear and defined data and are available for all users and provide support accordingly.
• Monitoring the entire Material Master Data flow of requested creations/changes.
• Participation on projects, mass creation of data.
• Assists in developing and maintaining standard processes including relevant documentation.
• Maintains integrity and accuracy of the company database so the right person gets the right information at the right time.
• Makes sure the databases contain consistent, accurate, clear and defined data and are available for all users.
• Inserts, changes, solves data issues so the users access the data concurrently in a form that suits their needs.
• Provides a support and works closely with master data management team, preventative maintenance schedulers and contract administrators.
• Regularly communicates with operational staff to ensure database integrity.
• And all other work requirements requested by Management, this position reports to Production Control Manager
