Key challenges
• Coordinate projects for qualitative studies - support cooperation with internal and external stakeholders and service providers
• Organize and control of fieldwork
• Prepare budget based on scope of work and resource requirements
• Support client management team in the preparation of offers and project handling
• Estimate resources needed to reach project objectives and manage resources in an effective and efficient manner
• Manage contracts with vendors by assigning tasks and communicating expected results
• Create and supervise project plans and timelines in consultation with the client management team
• Use Kantar specific project management tools and methods

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)

Language skills

English - Proficiency (C2)

Skills
• Successfully completed studies with above-average result
• Passion for data, good understanding of numbers
• Analytical and efficient approach while keeping the focus on the set goals
• Excellent organizational talent and very good time management
• Dedication, problem-solving orientation and ability to work under pressure
• Ability to work independently but also cooperate within a team (often in virtual teams across locations)
• Very good MS Office and especially Excel and PPT skills
• Excellent English (written and spoken), any level of German language is a plus
An occasional travel to Germany will likely be required.
