Job description, responsibilities and duties

The main task is to provide and execute the sector's functions in Qualitative Market Research. Projects definition, establishing basic processes and objectives. Cooperation and support with internal and external parties as well as service providers. Responsibility for adherence to quality standards with the client focus.


KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY:

• You will work on several international market research projects in cooperation with the German project team;
• Coordination of project studies includes project takeover, definition of basic processes and procurement of source documents;
• The main task is to support and collaborate with internal and external partners as well as service providers;
• Managing the contractual agenda with suppliers;
• Use of internal systems and specific tools related to KANTAR management methods;



EMPLOYEE REQUIREMENTS:

· You have at least secondary education with a high school diploma (preferred fields: economics, statistics, electrical engineering)
· You are proficient in German and/or English
· You are proficient in Microsoft Office programs (including VBA)
· You have good time management skills
· You enjoy working in a team


Experience in market research is an advantage
