Job Description

  • Own the process work package — ensuring deliverable quality, schedule adherence, and budget compliance across all Kanadevia Inova project phases, with direct management of process engineers and structured weekly progress meetings.
  • Identify and cascade contractual process requirements to all engineering activities within your area of responsibility, and ensure alignment with the tendering concept and Kanadevia Inova policies throughout execution.
  • Serve as the principal process contact in third-party project meetings, coordinate resolution of cross-disciplinary issues, and maintain seamless information flow between all project stakeholders.
  • Lead process engineering reviews during commissioning and before trial operation or Fit for Performance, including preparation of operation manual documentation and CE conformity compliance.
  • Collect, implement, and share lessons learned across all process engineering activities, feeding experience back to product owners and driving continuous improvement within the organisation.


Qualifications

  • Experience with leading process engineers across disciplines, identifies solutions, and implements standardized methods to solve complex problems.
  • Strong knowledge of plant construction, commissioning (energy sector preferred), process workflows, and engineering tools (COMOS, CAPRI, MS Office).
  • Experienced in interdisciplinary teams, technical project management, cost awareness, and developing guidelines for process engineering.
  • Excellent English skills (German is a plus), strong presentation, coaching, and facilitation abilities, with the ability to persuade and influence discussions.
  • Deep knowledge of quality assurance, excellent work methodology, and ability to shape organizational processes while ensuring compliance with best practices.

Compensation

  • Basic wage component (gross): 3 000 EUR/month
  • This amount is our minimal offered salary. Compensation is determined based on your level, skills, experience and qualifications.
