Job Description
Project Košice or Project Budapest – Project Construction Manager
- Establish and implement the erection plan, ensuring HSE, quality, time, and cost compliance.
- Plan and coordinate resources with the Project Manager and HSMIC; source third-party personnel and manage contracts.
- Supervise construction sites professionally and support site teams to achieve work package objectives.
- Specify and procure installation package and tools in cooperation with the Site Manager
- Develop erection concepts (sequence, scheduling, coordination) and procure installation packages/tools with the Site Manager.
- Report regularly to the Project Director, identify risks/deviations, and act proactively in line with HSE requirements.
- Is aware of the HSE requirements relevant to their role, and implements and complies with them
Qualifications
- Technical University Degree
- Proven experience (>8 years) in plant erection and site management for large industrial projects; strong planning and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multidisciplinary teams, motivate employees, and conduct technical negotiations with subcontractors.
- Solid commercial acumen and problem-solving skills, even with incomplete information; strong market and product knowledge.
- Proficiency in MS Office,
- User-level knowledge in Resource Planning Systems (SAP, and PIRS);
- Valid SCC or Site and Safety Training of recognized European Authority and IOSH certifications required
- Excellent English language skills and Slovak (for Košice Project) or Hungarian (for Budapest Project)

Compensation
Basic wage component (gross): 3200 EUR/month
This amount is our minimum offered salary. Compensation is determined based on your level, skills, experience, and qualifications.
