Job Description

  • Lead EIC* OM** Documentation: Take full responsibility for creating, managing, and finalizing Operating and Maintenance Manuals for EIC systems using project-specific templates and standards.

  • Supplier Coordination: Independently support and train EIC suppliers throughout the documentation process—from kick-off to final submission—ensuring technical accuracy and timely delivery.

  • Project & Schedule Management: Coordinate documentation activities across multiple projects, maintain schedules, and ensure alignment with project milestones and cold commissioning/as-built phases.

  • Quality & Compliance: Ensure documentation meets HSE standards, complies with relevant project/country-specific regulations, and is accurately entered in the document management system.

  • Collaboration & Support: Work closely with internal project teams, technical departments, and international partners; manage translations and updates during warranty phases; and maintain documentation templates and systems.

Qualifications

  • Electrotechnical education (like electrical draughtsman, electrical planner, etc.)
  • Knowledge of process engineering and understanding and quick perception of technical connections
  • Very good knowledge of MS Office (Word and Excel, advantageously also PowerPoint, Visio) and good knowledge of document management systems (DMS), e.g. eDoc, knowledge and work with the COMOS planning database
  • Accurate work required, possesses the business competence to make decisions in his field independently
  • Very good knowledge of English, German, or other languages are an advantage
