Job description, responsibilities and duties

We are looking for an assistant to the director of a young company developing and operating a successful online project available in more than 15 languages and competing for top positions in its niche globally.

The responsibilities and duties of the assistant to the director will include:
• Administrative and organizational tasks
• Processing attendance system data and monthly reports for accounting purposes
• Managing business trips and processing travel orders
• Taking care of business visitors
• Planning and managing business trips
• Ensuring normal operation of the office
• Researching information according to the director’s instructions
• Preparing resources for other departments
• Procuring office supplies and other necessities for the entire company
• Other responsibilities based on verbal or written instructions of the director
