JYSK Slovakia is looking for an HR Business Partner

HR in JYSK is highly operational and closely connected to our core business, the Retail branch. Each HR Business Partner gets a designated region where the cooperation with our Retail Managers is the cornerstone to success. The massive operational perspective further requires our HR Business Partners to be close to reality, in the stores and districts, and you support your region by being highly present in both guidance and follow-up.

• have documented success in previous recruiting and support of managers

• you have at least 3 years of experience in the corresponding role, preferably in the retail sector
• are ready to drive and visit JYSK stores all over Slovakia
• know labor law

The operational presence which lies within this role will require extensive travelling. In addition to this, you must expect some yearly meetings and trainings in other JYSK countries with international colleagues.
