What this job involves:
- Cashflow modelling
- Data analysis
- Communicate with clients
- Drafting and preparation of valuation reports
- Performing variety of ad-hoc tasks
- Provide valuation advice
- Preparation of investment valuations and development appraisals
- Provide support to the team
- Continual studying to increase knowledge of valuation techniques and a greater understanding of the market
