Job description, responsibilities and duties
Client contact specialist is a new support function within the EMEA Facilities team. Specialists will handle queries from different countries to support local facilities teams in delivering accurate and professional service to all clients.
We seek for experienced candidates with the background from both support services and data interpretation focused on customer satisfaction. This candidate will be an organizational guru to work effectively with internal clients and suppliers. The role requires great communication skills, ability to shift gears at a moment’s notice and enjoy the challenges of helping people with a variety of requests.
Main responsibilities and duties:
• Liaise with clients and suppliers using the available communication channels – phone, e-mail, internal tools
• Response with effective, clear and professional written and oral communication
• Actively seek solutions through logical reasoning and data interpretation skills
• Participate in creation of internal information sources, i.e. standard operating procedures
• KPI Reporting and alignment across EMEA
