The Medical Devices sector of Johnson & Johnson is now looking for Field Service Engineer Biosense Webster:

Field Service Engineer Biosense Webster
Region: Czech Republic, Slovakia, Austria and Balkans countries
Full-time contract

You will have the following areas of responsibility:
Reporting to the Technical Service Manager Biosense Webster EMEA
Improve knowledge and leading the subject implementation into the service activities.
In charge of installing and maintaining all products serviced by Biosense Webster technical department.
Providing pre sales and after sales technical support to our User / Field personnel either by telephone or on site.
Assist and support our sales, marketing and clinical staff.
His/her territory will be mainly East Europe, however servicing and supporting installations in other regions also in different countries is required.
During Sites visits mainly working in a hospital operating room environment.

Qualifications and experience of the successful candidate:
Experience with Field Service Engineering
University Degree within related field
Fluent in English
Advanced computer skills
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
Strategic Thinking
Customer Oriented
Self-directed; able to work independently and in a team
