Job description, responsibilities and duties
As Business Quality Associate your tasks will be primarily to:
• be the partner for the local business and management of the Marketing & Sales organization in all local quality and compliance issues and questions
• ensure that in every business decision and process potential quality and compliance impact is assessed and respected
• ensure that local legal requirements as applicable (e.g. GDP) are implemented and met.
• implement locally the Cluster quality management system (QMS) in compliance with the current version of the J&J Quality Systems Policy and the Regional EAME Consumer QSM
• participate in and potentially lead projects and activities on cluster or regional level
• provide support for quality relevant processes in the other cluster countries as defined in the Central Europe BQ Roles & Responsibilities matrix (CE R&R matrix)
• be GDP responsible person for Czech Republic and ensure distribution of medicinal products is in line with local requirements.

Personality requirements and skills
Qualifications and experience of the successful candidate:
• University degree in Pharmaceutics, Chemistry, Biology, Medicine or equivalent
• At least upper intermediate level of English
• Knowledge of and experience with quality systems (e.g. in a Pharma or FMCG environment)
• Knowledge and experience in working in a GMP and/or GDP, Czech Republic GDP QP experience or qualification would be an asset.
• Very good communication skills and ability to work independently.
• Experience in project management is a plus.
