SALES SPECIALIST (ETHICON)
Region: Eastern Slovakia
Full-time temporary contract for 12 months
Role Overview
The Sales Specialist promotes products and procedures to hospital staff and develops strong relationships with customers. The Sales Specialist is also accountable for achieving overall sales goals in Medical Devices area.
You will have the following areas of responsibility:
• Promoting products and procedures to hospital staff and developing strong relationships with customers.
• Serving multiple hospital accounts in a prescribed territory.
• Developing customer and product focused presentation and package for sales.
• Delivering product presentations.
• Handling customer questions and issues.
• Making regular visits to customer locations to gather information on products and market conditions.
• Collaborating with other departments identifies potential impact on business.
• Creating proposal for expansion of customer base.

Requirements for the employee
Candidates with education suit the position
University education (Bachelor's degree)
Language skills
English - Upper intermediate (B2) and Slovak - Proficiency (C2)
Driving licence
B
Personality requirements and skills
Qualifications and experience of the successful candidate:
• Acquired University degree (Economic/Business/Medical preferably)
• Previous sales experience (Medical Devices experience is preferred)
• Fluent level of English (both written and spoken), native level of Slovak
• Sound commercial knowledge and experience matched with sense of urgency
• Effective interpersonal skills and ability to build professional credibility and respect with business partners
• Self-starter, innovative, independent personality
• High ethical standards, being adaptable, curious, entrepreneurial.
