Collections Analyst with Spanish

What you will do

How you will do it

  • Managing collections through reminders, letters, and calls to customers before and after invoice due dates.
  • Identifying reasons for non-payment and recording them in IT tools for analysis and proposing solutions.
  • Handling customer disputes, coordinating resolutions, and following up on them.
  • Taking inbound calls from various customer segments.
  • Processing refunds for overpayments and customer claims.
  • Assisting Cash Application teams with cash allocation and credit notes.
  • Recommending write-offs or involving legal or third-party collection teams for uncollectible cases.
  • Supporting order releases and communication in related systems.
  • Assisting Credit Management, Sales, and Finance with customer performance analysis and document gathering.

What we look for

Required

  • Fluent level of English and Spanish on level B2 or higher.
  • Willingness to develop and learn with a proactive attitude.
  • Able to meet deadlines and deliver accurate results.
  • Self-motivated, enthusiastic, able to bring a sense of urgency to situations and demonstrate an active approach.

Preferred

  • Fluent Italian language.
  • Previous experience in credit and collections, billing and disputes, customer service, inside sales, accounts receivable and accounts payable.

The gross monthly salary for this position starts from 1,400 EUR per month, plus a monthly bonus that starts after your first 6 months. Please note this is a minimum salary and our compensation packages are based on your professional experience and qualifications.
