IT Operations Analyst for Treasury

What you will do

We are seeking an experienced IT Operations Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will be the go-to person for resolving any issues and problems related to IT infrastructure services and applications in Treasury. You will take charge of diagnosing, performing root cause analysis, and implementing solutions for critical infrastructure and application issues.

How you will do it

  • Administering Treasury IT systems and recommending modifications for improved efficiency and reduced costs.
  • Collaborating with Technical Engineering to manage hardware and software components for network, servers, and storage.
  • Performing risk assessments on projects in collaboration with the IT architecture team.
  • Serving as Level 1 & Level 2 support for internal clients, addressing IT infrastructure and application service issues.
  • Conducting diagnostic testing, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance for incidents and service requests.
  • Liaising with vendors and service delivery teams to investigate and resolve incidents and problems.
  • Identifying and implementing solutions to recurring incidents and problems by analyzing system data, error logs, and user reports to minimize downtime and impact on IT services.
  • Follow up with internal financial stakeholders to confirm problem resolution and gather feedback on system usage.
  • Stay updated on system patches, enhancements, security vulnerabilities, and technologies to protect infrastructure and systems.
  • Maintain and improve technical change management policies, processes, and standards.
  • Coordinate change management activities, aligning business requirements with architecture.
  • Collaborate with delivery teams to confirm, manage, and oversee deployments.
  • Establish regular interaction with internal stakeholders on a weekly and monthly basis.
  • Lead SOX controls related activities and compliance tasks, engaging with management, stakeholders, and ITGC.

What we look for

Required

  • Experience in service delivery, application management, or project management in corporate IT systems.
  • Proficiency in Linux, Shell Scripting, and SQL.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Capable to handle multiple cross-functional tasks simultaneously.
  • Ability to work independently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Preferred

  • A degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Finance, or a related discipline.
  • Experience with Treasury or Bank systems.
  • ERP finance technical or functional knowledge.
  • Hands-on experience with Groovy, Python, or MS Power Apps, Power BI, Power Automate.

The gross monthly salary for this position starts from 2,000 EUR per month, plus a monthly bonus that starts after your first 6 months. Please note this is a minimum salary and our compensation packages are based on your professional experience and qualifications.
