Early Careers Manager

What you will do

The Early Careers Manager will drive the regional new talent program. This leader will oversee the Accounting and Finance Rotation and Internship program for EMEA and will complete it to develop talent within the organization to include learning and development, performance management, leadership development, new employee assessment, and early succession planning. This role will report to the Global Leader with a dotted line to Regional Finance Leaders and the human resources department.

How you will do it

Leading and mentoring

  • Provide regional administration of program, including recruiting, interviewing, goal setting, 1:1’s, roundtable discussions, identifying next roles, and performance evaluations.
  • Continue to assess and evaluate the onboarding process for Interims and Rotational associates to ensure the best experience from Day 1.
  • Develop and coordinate the Learning and Development program on a regional basis to ensure participation at all levels.
  • Involved in selection of assignment manager.
  • Meet with assignment managers to assess proficiency level of current associates and interns.
  • Take curiosity about career development of Program Alumni including the establishment and sustainability of mentor relationships up until the employee reaches management level – senior leadership.
  • Partner with business and talent team to identify significant project opportunities that will encourage growth and development and deliver significant results to the organization early exit assessment.
  • Chairperson of Regional Steering Committee and collaborate with other Regional Program Managers to share standard processes.
  • Coordinate a formal feedback mechanism for participants in the program.

Collaboration with external partners

  • Provide input into the Organizational Talent Reviews for Alumni and college graduates, until they reach management level
  • Partner with targeted universities, coordinating recruiting, communicating schedule, logistics, dean of business school, finance club, information sessions, professional organizations, and affinity networks to increase engagement and visibility internally and externally, with a focus on diversity and inclusion.
  • Partner with external organizations that have a Rotational/Leadership Development Program

Provide input and handle New Talent Dashboard monthly – assess KPI’s and ideas to drive (ie attrition, conversion rate, graduation rate, performance rating, level of leadership after graduation from the program.

  • Proven talent management experience, developing, nurturing, and coaching team members.
  • Ability to assess and match skills and experience, to available assignments and departmental placements.
  • Proven collaborative skills, leadership, and stakeholder management experience.
  • Excellent communication skills, and the ability to work with all levels of the organization.

Preferred:

  • Background in finance and accounting or related fields.
  • International experience in working with cross-functional teams.

The gross monthly salary for this position starts from 2100 EUR per month, plus a monthly bonus that starts after your first 6 months. Please note this is a minimum salary and our compensation packages are based on your professional experience and qualifications.
