• Champion a high-performing team of Sales Managers, fostering sales excellence and a commitment to diversity across borders.
• Excel in B2B service sales, igniting enquiries, managing key accounts, and forging robust connections with diverse stakeholders.
• Serve as the face of Johnson Controls, driving premier business opportunities in HVACR New Install projects
• Clearly communicate our value proposition, harness feedback for business enhancement, and devise forward-thinking sales strategies.
• Maintain a strong performance framework for sales engineers, setting the bar for excellence.

Who You Are:

• An accomplished leader with extensive experience in leading Applied Sales & Operations in the HVAC/IR sectors, backed by a relevant degree.
• A sales virtuoso with a proven track record in target achievement and team leadership.
• A regional expert with hands-on experience in cultivating key accounts across the Danube Region.
• A strategic, culturally attuned thinker with fluency in English and a valid EU driving license.
