PTP Analyst with German

We are seeking a dynamic individual who is eager to gain knowledge in the accounting field and use their German language skills. Joining our team, you will receive comprehensive training in ERP systems such as Oracle, SAP, and BAAN. This role provides a unique opportunity to learn finance processes and prioritize customer experience satisfaction.

What you will do

The Procure to Pay (PTP) department covers all activities related to 3rd party supplier invoices, concerning invoices from invoice receipt to payment. You will have the overall responsibility for Accounts Payable support including account reconciliation, invoice compliance and reporting.

How you will do it

• Responsible for timely resolution of local business partner and vendor’s queries through an advanced platform

• Communicate daily in English and German

• Liaise with all departments to ensure the vendor and business questions are dealt with in a timely and efficient manner

• Providing an excellent communication and feedback in a polite and professional manner

• Focus will be on a country specific market, depending also on the additional language you speak. However, support can be required for other European countries

The gross monthly salary for this position starts from 1350 EUR per month and a monthly bonus that starts after your first 6 months. Please note this is a minimum salary and our compensation packages are based on your professional experience and qualifications.
