What you will do
The Procure to Pay (PTP) department covers all activities related to 3rd party supplier invoices, concerning invoices from invoice receipt to payment. You will have the overall responsibility for Accounts Payable support including account reconciliation, invoice compliance and reporting.
How you will do it
- Responsible for timely resolution of local business partner and vendor’s queries through an advanced platform
- Communication on daily basis in French and English
- Liaise with all departments to ensure the vendor and business questions are dealt with in a timely and efficient manner
- Providing an excellent communication and feedback in a polite and professional manner
- Focus will be on the French market. However, support can be required for other European countries
What we look for
- Good understanding of business accountancy
- Fluency in English and French language – spoken and written
(Other preferred languages: Hungarian, Czech, Swedish, Norwegian, Danish, Italian, Portuguese)

What you will learn
This is a great opportunity to get more experienced in financial operations of a company. Also, you enhance your problem-solving skills and practice them, since you will be exposed to a variety of invoice issues. You will be working with SAP, Oracle, and tools such as Microsoft Excel and Dynamics on daily basis. You will improve your analytical skills so that you are able to easily extract/understand the most important figures from the reports you have at hand.

The gross monthly salary for this position starts from 1150 EUR per month, plus a monthly bonus that starts after your first 6 months.
Please note this is a minimum salary and our compensation packages are based on your professional experience and qualifications.
