What you will do

Senior Credit Analyst is the right position for you if you would like to take over the role that is close to business and finance. In our Business Centre this position belongs to Order to Cash department. We are responsible for credit risk evaluation and recommendation to meet our past due targets. We are the first point of contact for situations related to accounts receivable and we are driven by our cash related goals.

How you will do it

Credit Analysis activities:

  • Perform and coordinate all necessary activities in the field of credit management

  • The evaluation of financing structures, the delivery of objective risk related inputs on transactions and counterparties as well as the recommendation on risk mitigation and loss prevention

  • The monitoring of the credit exposure to assess the potential impact of market events on specific customers

  • The identification of high-risk companies and potential recommendations

  • Analyze credit limit assessment requests

  • Identify and monitor credit quality trends in the portfolio.

  • Communicate with credit rating agencies to get the data about customer’s creditworthiness

  • Perform annual review of credit limit

  • Validating documentation and customer information needed to perform the credit check and account setting

  • Contribution towards shaping data and technology driven transformation and solve business problems using innovative technology to ensure profitable business and cultivate growth ambitions

  • Identify and communicate potential policy and/-or operational improvements that will enhance credit quality. Evaluate new risk related data sources and use risk analytical tools to develop innovative risk management capabilities and processes

  • Perform ad-hoc credit analysis of customers in portfolio, drive the development of reports to understand financial performance within risk segment

  • Design, develop and interpret complex analyses to support management decision-making

  • Adopt, communicate, and enforce global credit policy

What we look for

  • Master (or local equivalent) degree in accounting, business administration and/or finance is must or 4 years of accounting experience or financial planning & analysis or controlling activities

  • Minimum of 6 years of experience in an international company

  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in credit analysis and credit-related work

  • C1 level of English

  • Willingness to develop and learn

  • Solid understanding of database management tools, strong skills in Excel and other MS Office software

  • Ability to work on multiple projects within expected timelines.

  • Project management skills and the ability to work in a team and with stakeholders

  • Quantitative and analytical skills, pragmatism, and independent thinking

  • Strong Communication skills

  • Collaborative team player with positive attitude

  • Customer oriented

  • Flexible

  • MS-Office knowledge

The gross monthly salary for this position starts from 1700 EUR per month, plus a monthly bonus that starts after your first 6 months. Please note this is a minimum salary and our compensation packages are based on your professional experience and qualifications.
