Delivery Leader is a central resource with overall accountability for the RPA working with business center partners to identify key automation opportunities delivering a high return of investments. Reporting to a Global DevOps Lead you will manage a team of RPA Developers and Business Analysts. You will play an instrumental role in crafting the global RPA strategy whilst sharing knowledge and best methodologies with other teams based in regions.

This position will suit technical people managers such as Scrum Masters, Solutions Architects and Product Managers/Owners.

How you will do it

• Lead dedicated Business Center RPA Team

• Coordinate and lead projects according to the Enterprise Automation operating procedures and Agile methodology for software development

• Drive the strategy and approach defined by DevOps Lead to enable operational excellence

• Provide daily update on issues, dependencies and key results

• Defines overall bot improvements based on the Automation Production Dashboard

• Act as an inspiring leader on emerging automation practices and technologies

• Articulates the future of Robotics and AI and the impact on the current business models and processes

What we look for

Required

• Leadership and management skills in IT with a focus on building a strong team

• Experience in any RPA platform (UiPath, Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere and similar)

• IT Project Management knowledge and planning capabilities

• Experience in Agile methodology and Change Management lifecycle

• Knowledge of data analysis, reporting and budgeting

• A strong negotiator with active business engagement

• Excellent verbal and written communications skills with stakeholder leadership skills

Preferred

• Master’s Degree in IT or Management field of study

• Experience and knowledge of RPA development lifecycle

• RPA, Project Management, Agile or Scrum certification(s)

• Knowledge of strategic technology suppliers

• Knowledge of finance processes

• Experience in process optimization

The gross monthly salary for this position starts from 3000 EUR per month, plus a monthly bonus that starts after your first 6 months. Please note this is a minimum salary and our compensation packages are based on your professional experience and qualifications.
