What you will do

Do you know how to drive ERP data migration implementations? Join us as Data Developer Lead and work on global projects from the launch!

We are looking for the main point of contact for our Business and IT Architecture for Enterprise Data Migration solutions with a focus on Data Migration tools and systems management. Your knowledge will influence technologies that will be part of Johnson Controls’ solutions!

You will use your interpersonal skills to establish good relationships with both technical as well as non-technical partners and to introduce new technologies or methodologies to established groups.

How you will do it

• Develop architecture, policies and standards for all Data migration matters related to Oracle Fusion, Oracle CPQ, ServiceMax and other applications.

• Develop and support data solutions across multiple data sources and targets

• Lead and modify technical strategies, handle problems resolutions and document issues

• Perform requirement analysis, build architectural models, estimate development and processing efforts for the solutions provided

• Configure and administer Data Tool Components (Informatica, Azure Data Pipeline, etc)

• Take the leading role in implementing and maintaining ETL coding and development standards in an international team of developers

• Provide architecture and design consultation for out of the box solutions

• Ensure industry quality standards and compliance requirements are achieved in pre-defined metrics

• Mentor and train users to perform data duties

• Research new data technologies and technologies trends etc. Cloud, Artificial Intelligence, Database, Operating Systems

What we look for

Required

• 5+ years of IT experience, with focus on data migration tools, technologies solution design, documentation and training

• Proven track of end to end data migration implementations

• Overview of Oracle Fusion or comparable ERP data migrations

• Solid experience in designing data transfer solutions

• Experience in preparing test scripts and test cases to validate data and maintaining data quality

• Efficient problem diagnosis and creative problem-solving skills on highly sophisticated problems

• Knowledge of the business and support processes within the organization

• Ability to clearly communicate technology issues, plans and solutions from both a business perspective and a technical perspective providing pros and cons for recommended solutions

• Well organized and capable of prioritizing numerous priorities

• Excellent people skills with team leading experience

• Strong oral and written English language skills

Preferred

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science / MIS / Engineering or similar

• Experience with Informatica Intelligent Data Management Cloud applications or on prem version

• Knowledge of Azure Data Factory, Azure Data Pipelines or similar technology
