IT Business Analyst - CPQ

IT Business Analyst
What you will do:
Fixed term contract position for a period of 12-24 months. We are looking for a customer-oriented Business Analyst to help deliver initiatives across Salesforce CRM sales cloud, Salesforce CPQ, Oracle CPQ & Subscription Management Cloud within the EMEALA region (focus on CPQ)
How you will do it:
- Work with business, BAs, delivery team & architects to define & document user stories, as-is & to-be business processes & functional requirements
- Drive discussions ensuring max standardization & synergies across LOBs in EMEALA & at enterprise level, driving adoption of OOTB functionality & global template design across LOBs/countries
- Identify & capture integration points across project initiatives to ensure alignment across discrete applications including Salesforce (CRM & CPQ), Oracle CPQ & SMC. Support business & IT in bridging any gaps
- Contribute to test strategy, defining acceptance criteria, test plan & test cases across test phases
- Support business change manager during roll out to ensure adequate communication, training & support is provided
- Provide enhancement support for Sales & CPQ systems. Triage new requests & set appropriate delivery expectations
- Up to 25% international travel

What we look for:
Required:
- Working experience with CPQ (preferably Oracle CPQ or other CPQ platforms like Salesforce CPQ) & Salesforce Sales Cloud
- Understand CPQ capabilities & limitations; clearly articulate those to stakeholders to drive acceptable solution
- Strong BA skills using proven techniques to elicit comprehensive user requirements; seek to understand up/downstream impacts
- Experience driving consensus across business stakeholders from distinct business areas regarding prioritization of work
- Ability to facilitate communication between business & technical delivery teams
- Excellent command of English (verbal & written), advanced communications skills & stakeholder engagement
- Excellent Excel & PowerPoint skills
- Ability to work independently & within a team environment (may supervise others)
- Well organized, results-driven, eager to handle difficult problems, excellent problem-solving skills
- Experience with system integrations & understand how to troubleshoot data discrepancies
Preferred:
- Bachelor's degree in relevant field
- Experience working in an Agile environment
- Experience in Oracle CPQ and Salesforce sales cloud
- In-depth knowledge of Lead-to-Cash processes
- Experience in sizeable multinational corporations with matrix structures
