What you will do
The EMEA Talent Acquisition (TA) Centre of Expertise is a diverse team that provides a best in class service, delivering high quality talent that enables Johnson Controls to maintain its position as an industry leader. Our Talent Acquisition Partners are key business partners and responsible for delivering end-to-end recruitment services.
How you will do it
Working closely with key stakeholders to consult on recruiting strategy and influence hiring practices
Driving the concept of diversity in hiring through innovative and targeted marketing campaigns
Having the opportunity to work on local and European staffing projects to drive continuous improvement and deliver results
Developing and executing sourcing strategies aimed at generating candidate flow that meets diversity and overall recruiting goals
As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you have disciplined focus on your customers
Using insights gained through relationships to anticipate future needs and consistently adding value for the customer
You are an agile communicator with excellent written and verbal communication skills, understand your audience, and can quickly adapt to meet the needs of differing audiences
Believing the best work is done in teams, and you seek to collaborate with peers to support their activities and accomplish organization-level goals
You should be naturally curious and have a drive to deliver a best in class service whilst adding value to the process with the knowledge you build up of the market and department you will be focusing on
What we look for
Required:
Recruitment experience covering the end to end process from either an agency or in-house function.
Strong stakeholder management skills and customer focus
Excellent sourcing capability using a range of sourcing methods
Experience using direct sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter and job board databases
Foundational understanding of the Boolean search language
Able to work well within a fast-paced environment
Must be resilient to change and able develop relationships at different levels
Highly effective written and verbal communication
Fluent in English, written and spoken
Preferred:
Experience working with Workday Recruiter or other Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
Bachelor’s degree qualified
Any other CEE Language is a plus (Polish, Czech, Hungarian, etc.)

Salary starting from 1400 EUR/month gross (plus incentive bonus scheme) based on relevant experience.
