What you will do

In the Enterprise Automation Center of Excellence, we are the go-to experts who help the business to challenge, shape and improve ways of working daily.
Automation Business Analyst plays a crucial role in bridging the gap between business functions and the Automation Team. You will work on finding opportunities for improvement and automation. This role involves process mapping, process mining, project scoping, user testing, documentation, production analysis, project management, and improvements whilst working in Agile environment and supporting the alignment of Business and IT objectives.
How you will do it
Help the Automation Delivery Lead, Center of Finance IT Team and Continuous Improvement Team to discover and scope business processes suitable for Intelligent Automation
Promote the next generation of Intelligent Automation technology, such as AI, Machine Learning, Natural Language Processing, Optical Character Recognition to discover more project opportunities in these areas
Create Initial Process Analysis, Business Case and Scope of Work for the automation projects
Translate business capabilities and process designs into functional requirements and/or user stories, work with business partners to review and secure sign-off/agreement on requirements
Analyze production reports, exceptions and completed transactions to define, scope and design change requests which will improve the overall success rate of the solution in production
Process design documentation experience using flow charts or BPMN. Map business process flows, including all critical data elements (e.g. supplier, input, output etc.)
Improving and developing your knowledge through ongoing training in areas such as Blue Prism, UiPath, Microsoft Cognitive Services, Agile, Scrum, Project Management and the newest technologies
What we look for
Required
Basic understanding of automation tools as UiPath, Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere or similar
Good understanding of IT Change Management
Understand the difference between Process Automation and Process Reengineering
Understand which data are needed for the business in order to make the right decision regarding solution proposed
Good experience in project documentation (PDD, HLD, SDD, SOW, Cost Model, etc.)
Excellent verbal and written communications skills - experience working with IT Developers and domain experts
Ability to understand and describe new IT technologies to the business teams
English language to a business proficiency level
Preferred
Microsoft Cognitive Services, Project Management, Agile or Scrum certification
Basic concept any BPM tool
Concept about process scheduling and server utilization.
Support business continuity, disaster recovery efforts and utilization of IT-internal governance processes

The gross monthly salary for this position starts from 1500 EUR per month. Please note this is a minimum salary and our compensation packages are based on your professional experience and qualifications.
