BIM Specialist

What you will do

The CAD / BIM Services group provides global support to all Johnson Controls business units. This includes the manufacturing, operations and service sectors. They create BIM content for the company's manufacturing brands (products) and support large BIM installations for the operations (projects) teams. In addition, the CAD / BIM CoE is driving the global "BIM Initiative" at Johnson Controls.

How you will do it

• Compile, process and manage the creation of BIM (Revit) content with colleagues from around the world
• Support large BIM projects with colleagues from around the world
• Support the hosting of BIM content
• Participate in the creation of global BIM standards
• Participate in educating a global team of Sales Representatives, Project Manager and Engineers on BIM
• Participate in the creation of a Common Data Module (CDM) and the integration of various building technologies

What we look for

• Understanding of BIM technology, BIM workflows and standards
• Knowledge of Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD and BIM360
• Knowledge of Autodesk Inventor, Navisworks, PTC Creo is a plus
• Experience in mechanical disciplines
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team 
• Ability to work within global groups
• Strong communication skills
• Fluent English
• German or French or Dutch is a plus

We offer salary starting from 1300EUR/month gross (plus a monthly bonus) based on relevant experience.
