Finance support with English / Spanish Language - part time

What you will do

The Order to Cash (OTC) department`s responsibility covers all processes related to receiving, processing and fulfilling customer`s requests for goods or services.

How you will do it
• Communication on daily basis in English / Spanish in Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivables field
• Responsible for timely resolution of different queries
• Liaise with all departments to ensure the vendor questions are dealt in a timely and efficient manner
• Any other administrative ad hoc tasks that will be needed

What we look for
• University Student who is interested in finance sphere
• Ability to work 20h/week
• Fluency in English – spoken and written, fluency in Spanish is welcome
• Good communications skills
• Team player with pro-active approach and problem solving personality

Preferred
• Experience with MS-Office (MS Excel, MS Outlook) is an advantage
• Previous experience in Finance area is welcome
• Spanish speaker
