IT Business Analyst - Oracle (Master-Data-Management / MDM)

The IT Business Analyst role within EMEALA Oracle Fusion Cloud is a business-facing IT analyst position accountable for the successful delivery of IT investments that enable the EMEALA Business. This position is responsible for the definition and development of business applications that support business MDM processes for function or business unit.The IT Oracle Fusion Cloud MDM Analyst role is a core member of our Oracle Cloud Team. In this role, you will be part of a team that owns Oracle Cloud MDM from initial planning technical design sessions to solution implementation, testing, deployment, production, and maintenance. The IT Business Analyst role will work cross-functionally to build solutions to support the business process and data flows.

How you will do it 

  • Partner with business counterparts to establish future state processes
  • Provide Oracle Cloud MDM expertise to support requirements gathering and solution design
  • Design and deliver Oracle ERP Cloud MDM leading practices throughout all phases of an ERP Transformation
  • Triage new requests and set appropriate delivery expectations with business partners
  • Drive and influence the delivery of solutions across our entire Oracle ERP cloud system, incorporating multiple locations with a specific focus on our Installation, Service, and Back office businesses
  • Contribute to cross-functional projects for technical development that involves integration between Oracle and other applications
  • Deliver Oracle Cloud MDM and platform updates as a core member of a team responsible for the design, development, testing, and release of enhancements and projects.
  • Accountable that the technical solution designs meet the functional requirements specified by the Stakeholders and Business Analyst.
  • Supports the Business Analyst, Project Manager, and Delivery Manager on managing, tracking, and forecasting of solution development and delivery.
  • Responsible for validating test strategy and plan, test cases, automation, regression, and test execution
  • Support governance and quality principles, methodologies, and objectives 
  • Provide production support for Oracle Cloud systems' issues

What we look for 

Required 

  • Minimum 5+ years of overall current Oracle 12
  • Expert in Oracle Core ERP Module and Master-Data-Management processes
  • Hands-on experience implementing Oracle applications
  • Understand Oracle Cloud MDM capabilities and limitations; clearly articulate those to stakeholders
  • Strong knowledge of overall business processes, with in-depth knowledge of Master-Data-Management processes
  • Experience in design and delivery of at least one of the following Oracle MDM areas: Customer Data Hub (CDH), Universal Customer Master (UCM), Supplier Hub (OSH), Supplier Lifecycle Management (SLM) Product Hub (PDH/PIM), Site Hub or Oracle Data Quality Solutions
  • Customer-oriented Business Analyst to assist in building and providing the capability to deliver business performance through secure, streamlined, and innovative technologies, platforms, and processes.
  • Proficient in working in a highly collaborative, fast-paced environment requiring strong communication and teamwork skills, as well as the ability to adapt to shifting priorities.
  • Ability to work both independently and within a team environment Well organized, results-driven, and eager to handle difficult problems
  • Ability to facilitate communication between business partners and technical delivery teams
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to present analytics findings various business teams

Preferred 

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or other related fields. Or equivalent work experience 
  • Oracle Fusion ERP experience
  • Experience with system integrations and understand how to troubleshoot data discrepancies
  • Flexible and adaptable in regards to learning and understanding new technologies 
  • Experience in sizeable multinational corporations preferred
  • Has a Proven track record on working in a cross-cultural environment. 
  • Ability to manage multiple regional projects effectively 
  • Acts independently to determine methods and procedures on new or special assignments. May supervise the activities of others

Salary starting from 3400 EUR/month gross based on relevant experience.
