Finance Manager

As a Finance Manager Procure-to-Pay department, you will take full responsibility for the timely and accurate reporting of financial results in order to achieve FY Profit Plan financial targets. You will set up the structure to support the ongoing activities, managing, motivating and developing team members. You will also be expected to deliver department’s continuous improvement savings. On this role, you will lead a group of 40+ professionals covering Cost Allocation, Scanning and AP reporting activities.

The Procure to Pay (PTP) department covers all activities related to 3rd party supplier invoices, employee expense reports and inter-company invoices from invoice receipt to payment – including supporting the tasks of helpdesk, resolution team, account reconciliation, invoice compliance and reporting.

How you will do it

  • More experience and guaranteeing compliance with JCI procedures among all stakeholders and setting-up of effective and efficient team structure to support above.
  • Cooperating with external and internal partners to ensure information flow is accurate and on time.
  • Ensuring the right execution of Accounts Payable cycle – Scanning, Cost allocation and AP reconciliations; following standard accounting principles and SOX Compliance
  • Ensuring the timely reporting of key financial information for Accounts Payable activities; monitor the performance and quality of the activities performed based on agreed Key Performance Indicators (“KPIs”). 
  • Ensuring complete, accurate and timely processing of daily transactions of goods and service processed.
  • Responsibility for results of the team, quality of work, people rotation and staffing
  • Participating on transitions and process stabilizations and alignments between BUs
  • Drive continuous improvement and cost saving within the department, train and support team member to actively participate on CI projects

What we look for

  • University degree in business administration, economy or adequate professional experience focusing on Finance/Accounting.
  • Relevant experience of 6 years in Finance department/Operations and 4 years with leading and developing people.
  • Strong accounting / reporting overview and process knowledge in Accounts Payable Cycle
  • Outstanding communication and negotiation skills in Stakeholders relation management.
  • Self-motivated personality, willing to develop and learn, Collaborative, Team player, Customer and result oriented, Proactive attitude, Flexibility.
  • Analytical skills, Ability to interpret the data and drive improvements, make recommendations for process changes.
  • Plan, think and make decisions in strategic context.
  • Ability to deliver results in and dynamic environment with competing priorities.
  • FIA Diploma, Dipl. IFRS, ACCA/CIMA in progress or equivalent knowledge is advantage.
  • Fluency in English – Spoken and written
  • Ability and skills to set priorities by zeroing in on the critical few and using a sense of what will help or hinder goal accomplishment

Salary starting from 2250 EUR/month gross (plus monthly bonus to be paid after 6 months) based on relevant experience.
