Finance Business Analyst

What you will do
As a finance business analyst for Order to Cash department analyze complex business problems and issues related to OTC process. Construct KPI dashboards, reports, prepare financial calculations based on OTC data and you will create specific reports & analysis based on OTC needs. You will provide consultancy and support to OTC staff related to data interpretation and understanding and you will closely cooperate with RTR, OTC SMEs, OTC managers and leads in order to identify the needs for financial analysis within OTC process.

How you will do it
• Analyze complex business problems and issues related to OTC process, using data from internal and external sources to provide insights to decision-makers
• Prepare bad depts and reconciliation files for month end closings
• Develop and implement Accounts Receivable dashboards, Performance dashboards, KPI dashboards, etc. in order to visualize in a simple ads easy-to-read way the achieved results to management in countries, to Regional Business Center management, to OTC management
• Produce datasets and reports for analysis using system reporting tools
• Consolidation of reports and dashboards in order to reduce the number of reports as well are reduce reporting workload
• Support unification and harmonization of reporting presentation tools (e.g. through Power BI, Easymorph, Oracle database, and other relevant data presenting tools)
• Provide consultancy and support to staff related to data interpretation and understanding, data analysis, etc., and provide data- and analysis-related trainings to OTC staff
• Closely cooperate with RTR, OTC SMEs, OTC managers and leads in order to identify the needs for financial analysis within OTC process

What we look for
• University degree in business / finance / mathematics or adequate professional experience focusing on business and financial data analytics, reporting, etc.
• 2 years of experience in the respective fields (business and financial data analysis, reporting)
• Strong analytical skills
• Advanced knowledge of Excel (advanced combined formulas, pivots...)
• Power BI and Power Pivot knowledge is advantage
• SQL knowledge is advantage
• Controlling or accounting experience / knowledge is an advantage
• Strong process-based thinking, ability to work independently and in the team, being proactive, Fluent in English

Salary starting from 1300 EUR/month gross (plus a regular monthly bonus after 6 months of employment) based on relevant experience.
