Finance Manager - Intercompany

What you will do
Our Record to Report team are responsible for completing general accounting transactions across the JCI portfolio whilst at the same time, ensuring that we meet our internal and external reporting and control requirements. This role provides excellent opportunities to apply existing skills in a complex and interesting environment, whilst developing your professional profile through the use of varied ERPs, directly enhancing your career potential.

As a Finance Manager Intercompany, you will take full responsibility for the timely and accurate reporting of financial results in order to achieve FY Profit Plan financial targets. You will set up the structure to support the ongoing activities, managing, motivating and developing team members. You will also be expected to deliver department’s continuous improvement savings.

How you will do it

  • Guaranteeing compliance with JCI procedures among all stakeholders and setting-up of effective and efficient team structure to support above.
  • Ensuring that external partners and regional partners – Plants, Factories and Business Units - receive accurate and on-time information.
  • Ensuring the right execution of Accounts Payable and Receivable cycle.
  • Ensuring the appropriate financial overview of Purchasing, Shipment and billing transactions.
  • Ensuring full compliance with local and US GAAP accounting rules, where applicable, as well as SOX compliance.
  • Developing and implementing process improvement strategies. 
  • Ensuring smooth and accurate Month end close process.
  • Ensuring the timely reporting of key financial information; monitor the performance and quality of the activities performed based on agreed Key Performance Indicators (“KPIs”). 
  • Ensuring complete, accurate and timely processing of daily transactions of goods and service processed.

What we look for
  • University degree in business administration or adequate professional experience focusing on Finance/Accounting within Manufacturing or/and Logistic industry.
  • Relevant experience of 6 years in Finance department / Operations.
  • Relevant experience of 4 years with leading people and developing people.
  • Strong process knowledge in relevant area (Intercompany, Logistics, Procurement, AR and AP cycle).
  • Strong accounting / reporting overview.
  • Outstanding communication and negotiation skills in Stakeholders relation management.
  • Self-motivated personality, Willing to develop and learn, Collaborative, Team player, Customer and result oriented, Proactive attitude, Flexibility.
  • Analytical skills, Ability to interpret the data and drive improvements, make recommendations for process changes.
  • Plan, think and make decisions in strategic context.
  • Ability to deliver results in and dynamic environment with competing priorities.
  • FIA Diploma, Dipl. IFRS, ACCA/CIMA in progress or equivalent knowledge required.
  • MS-Office (MS Excel –advanced –tables, charts, formulas, pivot tables, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint), ERP experience (e.g. SAP, iScala, Oracle).
Preferred
  • Relevant experience in Logistic or/and Manufacturing company will be considered a strong asset,

Salary starting from 2300 month gross (plus a monthly bonus) based on relevant experience. This salary is our minimum advertised salary.
