Cash Application Team Lead

What you will do
As a team leader you will be leading our Cash Application team. You will be monitoring of daily workload, backlog, resolving daily issues. You will be managing the month end close activities, developing and implementing improvements and developing and motivating team members.
How you will do it

• Responsibility for the AR Cash Application team
• Monitoring of daily workload, backlog, resolving daily issues
• Supporting AR Manager in solving escalation issues and communication with plants and customers
• Managing the month end close activities
• Developing and implementing improvements
• Ensuring correctness and compliance of processes with internal procedures, responsibility for the overall quality
• Collaborating with the other departments to support overall objectives
• Developing and motivating team members (i.e. monthly 1 to 1meetings, evaluations, weekly team meetings, communication, high team spirit)

What we look for
• Secondary education degree or adequate professional experience focusing on Cash application/Accounting/Finance
• Minimum 4 years experience in the Cash application/Accounting/Finance
• Strong process knowledge in relevant area
• MS-Office
• B2/C1 level of English
• Analytical skills
• Willing to develop and learn, Strong Communication skills, Collaborative, Team player, Customer and result oriented, Proactive attitude, Flexibility,
• Experience with process improvement activities or projects
• Previous experience with leading people

Salary starting from 1800 EUR/month gross (plus monthly bonus to be paid after 6 months) based on relevant experience.
