Finance analyst-reporting team/6 months contract
How you will do it
• Analyze complex business problems and issues related to OTC/PTP process, using data from internal and external sources to provide insights to decision-makers
• Identify and interprets trends and patterns in datasets to locate influences in OTC/PTP process
• Construct forecasts, recommendations, strategic & tactical visions based on OTC/PTP data and market knowledge, identify risks / pain points / weak points / spaces for productivity improvement based on deep analysis of OTC/PTP data
• Create specifications for reports & analysis based on OTC/PTP needs and required or available data elements, identify, propose, and coordinate implementation of new tools helping to standardize, simplify, and automatize reporting and data analysis
• Analyze end-to-end OTC/PTP process and results, using data from existing reports, data in ERPs, workflow tools, performance measurement tools, and other IT systems available in OTC/PTP and Regional Business Center
• Develop and implement Accounts Receivable/Accounts Payable dashboards, Performance dashboards, KPI dashboards, etc. in order to visualize in a simple ads easy-to-read way the achieved results to management in countries, to Regional Business Center management, to OTC/PTP management
• May directly produce datasets and reports for analysis using system reporting tools
• Identify business trends and drivers in order to assist in decision making, assist with OTC/PTP financial forecasting
• Improve maintain, and continuously improve OTC/PTP visual management being presented in the floor for OTC/PTP Department staff members
• Support Reporting team in consolidation of reports and dashboards in order to reduce the number of reports as well are reduce reporting workload
• Support unification and harmonization of reporting presentation tools (e.g. through Power BI, Microsoft Dynamics, and other relevant data presenting tools)
• Provide consultancy and support to OTC/PTP staff related to data interpretation and understanding, data analysis, etc., and provide data- and analysis-related trainings to OTC/PTP staff

What we look for
• University degree in business / IT / computer science or adequate professional experience focusing on business and financial data analytics, reporting, etc.
• 3 years of experience in the respective fields (business and financial data analysis, reporting)
• Strong end-to-end understanding of PTP/OTC process
• Controlling experience / knowledge is an advantage
• Strong process-based thinking, analytical skills, strong IT skills, ability to work independently and in the team, being proactive
EXCEL- functions : Lookup functions(vlookup, index/match), String functions(left, right, len), Math functions (sum, sumif),Statistical functions(average, count), Logical functions(if, and, or, ifna)
VBA - creation of fully automated macro-solutions ( manipulating with external data sources; arrays; collections; error handling; manipulating with folders, MS Outlook, IE browser..)
