Power Solutions - Senior Finance Analyst

This position is part of the Johnson Controls Power Solutions business unit, which is a world leader working in partnership with our customers to meet increasing market demands for energy storage on a global scale. What you will do

• Prepare and consolidate current status and check accuracy
• Timely (program) reporting of all key financial information for respective business unit or reporting unit
• Coordinate and consolidate, where appropriate all financial reporting
• Help maintain and develop financial reporting systems and ensure that supporting systems are implemented and maintained at the Division and Plant levels
• Coordinate the implementation of all standard financial procedures as required, develop procedures
• Secure Hyperion validation accounts are properly reviewed

What we look for

Required

• Business education degree or adequate professional experience focusing on Finance/Accounting
• 1,5 years of experience in the Finance department,
• General accounting / reporting overview
• MS-Office Advanced (MS Excel : Formulas, Pivot tables, MS Powerpoint)
• ERP or other key systems advanced (e.g. SAP, iScala, Oracle, power BI, Blackline, MS SP, HFM, VBA)
• B2 level of English
• Strong Analytical skills with ability to interpret the data
• Willing to develop, learn, collaborative, team player
• Customer and result oriented
• Detail oriented
• Proactive attitude
• Flexibility

We are required by law to disclose basic wage component (minimum salary) for the advertised positions. We carefully consider your professional competencies, qualifications and experience in our compensation package and/or when offering you other positions. Our compensation philosophy is to pay fairly, also considering market situation and the value employees may bring to company. The starting salary is 1150 EUR/month gross for candidates who meet our minimum criteria.
However, candidates with two plus years work experience will achieve higher earnings.
