Senior Analyst FP&A

What you will do
The Senior Analyst FP&A will assist to CFS and key tax functions in the preparation of the quarterly financial planning for all Legal entities. This role requires establishing the adequate interaction level with the business and FP&A leads as well as to collaborate with the CFS central team during yearly business / corporate planning and Supporting Audit Planning on certain areas of expertise.
 
How you will do it
  • Participate in the coordination and preparation of the quarterly legal entity forecasting process for all PS Global LE’s.
  • Provide assistance in partnering with BU FP&A teams to gain understanding of fluctuations in SEGINC forecasting
  • Responsible for preparing legal entity forecasting adjustments for intercompany activity
  • Assists in the coordination of the non-US holding company cost center forecasting
  • Establish and maintain key data on the Legal entity dimension.
  • External audit fee tracking and follow-up
  • Coordination of IC Tax Packages cycle
  • Supports month end close and financial reporting activities, including preparation of monthly management reports and presentations
  • Coordination of intercompany billing activities for certain entities


What we look for
Required
  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Economics with focus on finance and / or accounting
  • At least 3 years of experience in an international company, focus on finance processes and process improvements.
  • Excellent oral and written communication, organizational and planning skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite Applications (Word, Excel, Access & PowerPoint), Internet and e-mail
  • Fluent in English
  • Willingness to learn
 
Preferred
  • ERP systems knowledge (including SAP ) nice to have
  • Hyperion knowledge (Enterprise/HFM) nice to have

Starting from 1600 EUR/month gross (plus a monthly bonus) based on relevant experience
