Senior Talent Acquistion Specialist - EMEA

What you will do


The EMEA Talent Acquisition Centre of Expertise was set up in 2015 to centralize recruitment activities and talent attraction across the region. The team works as experts to access the external talent labour market. We are positioned to make a dramatic impact on the culture at Johnson Controls by focusing on delivering high quality hires in an appropriate time frame.
 
How you will do it

• Working closely with key stakeholders to consult on recruiting strategy and influence hiring practices.
• Developing and executing tactical sourcing strategies aimed at generating candidate flow that meets diversity and overall recruiting goals.
• Manage senior stakeholder relationships
• You are an agile communicator with excellent written and verbal communication skills, understand your audience, and can quickly adapt to meet the needs of differing audiencess
• You should be naturally curious and have a drive to deliver a best in class service while adding commercial value to the process with the knowledge you build up of the market and disciplines you will be focusing on

• Someone who can advise, influence and mange key stakeholder relations
• Able to deliver within a fast paced environment by being well organized and prioritizing workloads
• Apply recruitment techniques to a wide variety of departments and vacancies
• Out of the box thinking, a creative sourcer and problem solver
• Able to deliver an efficient and high quality to service to hiring manager as well as candidates
• Act as a mentor to more junior members of the team
• Must have a minimum of 3-6 years? experience in an recruitment agency or a corporate in-house function
• Must be driven, resilient and pervasive
• Must be Fluent in written and spoken English, any additional European language is a plus

Starting from 1700EUR/month gross (plus an ongoing monthly bonus that starts after your first 6 months) based on relevant experience*
